Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the buyer receives the items, we can no longer offer a refund but we can still offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days from the time the buyer receives the package. It must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the items in good condition we will then issue a refund. There is a non-refundable $2 restocking fee for all returns except for items returned due to a fault of ours. For example, if the items arrived broken or pieces are missing, etc. If the items arrive broken, we will need a photo to review before we proceed with the refund process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the buyer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the buyer is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer's credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges have to be done within 30 days from the time the items are received and the buyer pays for shipping of the new shipment.
Gifts
Gifts are non-returnable unless damaged upon receipt. The recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the item or items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
